Time to show you what I got at the thrift store this week!
For the kids:
The girls school uniform requires them to wavy navy cardigans so these are always a big find!
A few nice T’s.
A nice summer dress and a forever 21 skirt that I added an elastic waistband to and made into a kids skirt. I can’t believe an adult would actually fit into that!
I’m not normally drawn to floral prints but for some reason I really liked this dress. It was too short so I added that orange trim pieces on the bottom.
For my major find! Trina Turk shorts in my size! These were in brand new condition and I looked them up and they go for about $175!!
Finally, this vintage TV tray. So cheery!
Total for all these items- $16!
Have a great weekend!

I hadn’t been thrifting since we’ve moved and I was dying to go back. I finally went on my Wednesday 50% off day and got some great sutff!
Two swim cover ups and a little cotton skirt.
Two pairs of girls pants, a little girls Gap peplum coat, and my fave- a CrewCuts cardigan.
For me, an olive colored sun dress, a peasant blouse and a pair of Banana Republic shorts. These were actually bermuda shorts but I shortened them to my desired length. Perfect!
Gotta love the thrift store!

Here’s a few recent thrift store finds.
I fell in love with this vintage dress for $3.25. It looked so Anthropologie/Tucker to me.
I think to update it I’ll take up the sleeves (maybe take down the neckline) and wear it with a great leather belt and leather boots.
I got this poofy tutu skirt for my daughter new with tags for $1.20.
Who can resist all these girls layers?
This vintage Anne Klein gold shell was $1.50.I can wear this so many different ways. This cream skirt was $2.00 and fit in great with this season’s skirt trends.
I love the detail and the pockets at the waist. It’s a very slimming skirt.
Finally, I found this dark eggplant leather skirt that I’m gong to tear apart to use to make a cool belt. Because who can buy leather for $2.2o?
I love my thrift store finds!

I try to go to Salvation Army every Wednesday on 50% off day. I have found some of the best things! I’ve been looking for skirts that fit Spring’s skirt trends. Here’s today’s find. I don’t normally find an entire ensemble so I was pretty excited.
I love the print on this skirt. It reminds me slightly of the ikat prints that I love so much. And it’s comfortable and fits me really well!
Have a great Wednesday!
