Sweater Vest Refashion Tutorial
November 23, 2009 9:48 amThis one is too easy. Seriously.
I love the sweater vest look.

We’re going to make this one! (Isn’t it cuter, if I do say so myself?)
I got this sweater at my thrift store for $1.50.
We need to cut the sleeves off. I cut them right inbetween the seam where they are attached. That way it won’t unravel.

Cut both of them off. I didn’t need to finish the edges on mine, but if you do there are a couple ways you can do it. ONE: Fold the seam under and stitch it with your machine. TWO: Find some cool bias tape and attach that. You can even hand stitch it with embroidery thread for a very Free People look!I hope everyone has a wonderful week!
